TAYONG RAMSAY ANDONGOSEH is a dedicated development advocate and strategic leader. He holds a Maîtrise in Management Sciences from the University of Yaoundé II Soa and an MBA in Management of Financial Institutions from the University of Buea (Department of Banking and Finance). He also holds BESAFE certifications from UNDSS.
His passion for humanitarian work began in 2012. He has since engaged in fellowship, volunteering, and collaborative initiatives with organisations including Hope for All Foundation, Go Africa Initiative Cameroon (GAI-CAM), the Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Africa (CHRDA), and the Association for Community Awareness (ASCOA), particularly within the crisis-affected Anglophone regions of Cameroon.
As President and co-founder of THE LIGHT, he champions the vision of empowering the underprivileged to drive meaningful transformation in their communities. He firmly believes that “no act of positive assistance toward individuals or communities should ever be minimized.”
