Led by Mr. NGALA Gaduma Moses — a master tailor with over 30 years of experience — THE LIGHT’s Vocational Training & Entrepreneurship programme equips young people with practical, marketable skills in tailoring, design, and entrepreneurship. Many of our graduates are now self-employed, and a growing number have become trainers themselves within their own communities.

We believe that skills outlast any donation. When you invest in a person’s capability, you invest in a chain of transformation.
